Full Job Description Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, positive, professional image and high level of accuracy with attention to detail Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Apple and Windows Ability to remain calm under pressure Support users with connectivity and configuration issues on Android and Apple mobile devices Maintaining accurate IT Asset Management system of records Incident and Service Request Management Development of processes and KBs for common issue resolution

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in IT or technical related field Experience with AV support Demonstrated experience with site support A+

Certification Preferred Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills Superior written & verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with multiple levels of users and management Ability to work as a member of a team Strong desire to learn and grow professionally Well-developed organizational skills Ability to work independently and balance priorities
