Summary Bayer Interior Woods seeks an IT Professional experienced in system support, setup capabilities, and maintaining network servers. Primary Responsibilities Respond to user inquiries via phone and email. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support user setup and maintenance for unique departments, applications, operating systems, user access, and remote connections. Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Implement network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Maintain network documentation and diagrams. Coordinate with IT security teams to prevent breaches and ensure compliance. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery tests. Experience working in a manufacturing facility is also a big plus. Enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Strong communication skills. All other duties as assigned. Skills and Education Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or related field. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Cyncly 2020, CAD, Cabinet Vision, and Meraki.
