IT Specialist - Shakopee

Provides direct user support and technical assistance to employees in multiple City departments. Includes installing and supporting a wide variety of hardware and software, assisting with IT projects and initiatives, and generally ensuring that the city's computer systems operate effectively and efficiently with a security focused mindset. A strong customer service, root cause analysis, and technical solution approach to proactively address technology to limit end user downtime. This position is onsite and works in a City office environment.
