SUMMARY:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for the technical direction and Assets for projects in the organization. Maintain responsibility for the delivery of new services, the enhancement of existing services, and support asset management by embracing automation and continual service improvement across the group. Work with management in the organization to review, budget, procure, and install assets for assigned projects, acting as a single point of contact for smaller projects.
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of concentrated hands-on experience in project support or Operations. Experience with Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel). Experience in ServiceNow Service Deployment Platform. (Preferred)
SPECIAL SKILLS
Knowledge of software and hardware terminology. Understanding of Project Management methodologies. Knowledge of purchasing ordering systems, billing, and invoicing. Skilled at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or tasks by using appropriate methodologies and tools. Introduce new ideas and participate in the development of processes which improve performance and productivity. Work to solve problems with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Ability to work in as a team contributing to a positive environment. Prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines as decided by IT Leadership.
