Work Study - IT Helpdesk

Work-Study — IT Helpdesk Full-Time schedule within Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM working hours

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to faculty, staff, and students at the Help Desk Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues Use diplomacy and professionalism when assisting users with technical problems Create and maintain documentation for common technical procedures and solutions Interpret and follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram formats Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and networking Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and think critically Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion

Hourly Pay Rate:

$15.00/hour (part-time, non-benefit eligible)

Work Schedule:

Maximum of 12 hours per week
