Job Description
Position Overview Responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing enterprise network systems, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of IT services across manufacturing, warehouse, quality control, and office environments. Support industrial systems, production equipment connectivity, and cybersecurity while maintaining high system availability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Responsible for providing desktop & end user support, network administration, server & infrastructure support, manufacturing systems support, and documentation support. Knowledge and experience in Windows 10/11 administration, Windows server administration, active directory, group policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, or Fortinet networking, VLANs, VPN, routing & switching, Microsoft 365 Administration, hardware troubleshooting, printer and barcode printer support (Zebra and Brady preferred), network monitoring tools, backup and disaster recovery, and remote support tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in desktop support and network administration. Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, CCNA, or Fortinet NSE are an advantage.
