$21.70 pr hour - This position is tentatively set to expire March of 2027

Shifts Available :

M-F 6:30pm-3:15am Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and production floor equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications. Support manufacturing software, ERP systems, barcode scanners, and shop floor technology. Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Monitor network performance and assist with troubleshooting network-related issues. Perform software updates, patches, and system maintenance activities. Support data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives. Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements. Document support tickets, system changes, and technical procedures. Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software support. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Provide technical support during planned maintenance, system upgrades, and production downtime events. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
