The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and mobile devices. Install and configure Windows and Microsoft 365 applications. Support Active Directory/Azure AD user accounts and permissions. Respond to help desk requests by phone, chat, and in person. Log and resolve issues using ticketing systems. Set up equipment and accounts for new employees. Maintain IT hardware and software inventory. Escalate complex issues to senior system/network administrators.
Required:
1-4 years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience. Windows 10/11 experience. Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365. Desktop, laptop, and printer troubleshooting. Basic Active Directory/Azure AD knowledge.
Basic networking:
DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, and PowerShell experience.
Bottom line:
This is a hands-on Level 1/Level 2 IT support role , focused mainly on Windows + hardware + Microsoft 365 + user support + basic networking/Active Directory .
