Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support to our onsite team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and being the go-to person for all things IT. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support for end users (hardware, software, and peripherals) Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues in a timely manner Support and maintain printers, scanners, and other office equipment Install, configure, and update workstations, laptops, and software applications Assist with new hire setups , including hardware and system access Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic network access Document issues and resolutions for internal tracking Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations Qualifications 1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support (required) Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications Experience with printer troubleshooting and general hardware support Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a fully onsite, fast-paced environment What We're Looking For A hands-on problem solver who takes initiative Someone dependable who can be the go-to IT support person onsite A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
