Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Department supporting end-user technology and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment. Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions. Support incident and request management through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Reimage user devices, backup and restore user data, and ensure device functionality remotely and on-site. Configure, install, and test hardware components, manage hardware replacements, and document service events accurately. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and professional support environments. Proficiency with troubleshooting and supporting MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS. Experience assisting with administration of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and anti-virus technologies. Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with potential to stay after hours if needed. What's in it for me?
