Job Description

Carolina Crestway is hiring an AT&T Assistant Manager to support daily team operations and help drive customer enrollment initiatives for AT&T Fiber services. This role focuses on team guidance and management, process improvement, and ensuring a consistent, positive experience for customers throughout the enrollment journey. As an AT&T Assistant Manager, you will work closely with leadership to help oversee team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure enrollment standards are met. You'll play a key role in promoting AT&T Fiber solutions by supporting team members and helping maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day team operations and assist in maintaining a structured, productive work environment Help guide team members through customer interactions and enrollment processes Promote AT&T Fiber services by ensuring clear, accurate communication of available options Monitor customer engagement to ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience Assist with training new team members on systems, processes, and service knowledge Track team progress and help implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency Maintain strong communication between leadership and team members Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and leadership support skills Ability to coach and guide others in a team-oriented setting Organized and detail-oriented when handling enrollment processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Motivated to grow into a leadership role within a structured program
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
