Job Description

1.

General Overview:

Provides first response IT support for computer, network, and peripheral issues. Conducts routine maintenance, maintains records, and coordinates advanced work/upgrades with approved 3rd party or management direction. 2. Responsibilities Provide first-line support for Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, phones, and connectivity Troubleshoot routine hardware, software, login, email, and peripheral issues; document and escalate unresolved problems Deploy approved computers, monitors, printers, barcode scanners, and mobile devices using established procedures Complete approved password resets, account changes, onboarding, and offboarding steps with manager authorization Maintain inventory records for computers, software licenses, networked devices, warranties, spares, and assigned users Install approved software, patches, and endpoint updates; verify results and report exceptions Support production-floor PCs, label printers, shared workstations, meeting equipment, and basic camera connectivity Assist with ethernet patching, cable labeling, workstation moves, and low-voltage accessories while following safety rules Monitor routine alerts, backups, and equipment health; promptly escalate outages or suspected security incidents Maintain ticket notes, equipment records, work instructions, and recurring-issue documentation Coordinate service, warranties, and troubleshooting with approved internet, phone, software, hardware, and IT vendors Protect confidential information and follow Judco password, acceptable-use, data-handling, and security policies Provides additional administrative support and performs related duties as assigned. Provide training and support to new and existing employees on IT equipment, systems, and software. Provide backup communication and administrative support to the Shipping Department as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Qualifications:

Entry-level to two years of helpdesk, desktop support, electronics, or related hands-on experience

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, technical-school, community-college, or industry training in information technology is preferred

Preferred Skills:
