Job Description

The CX Technical Support Administrator provides administrative and operational support for customer experience and technical support functions. The role serves as a key point of contact for customers, employees, vendors, and service providers by coordinating communications, processing repair and service requests, maintaining customer and transactional records, and supporting order management and invoicing activities. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of customer service documentation, repair account setup, return authorizations, and related administrative records. Responsibilities Handling correspondence via phone, email, and other communication channels. Creating new accounts for repairs. Managing records, filing systems, and documentation, both electronic and paper based. Performing basic data entry and preparing reports or correspondence. Acting as a point of contact for employees, clients, and suppliers, providing information and support. Receiving customer orders, invoicing, and creating RGAs. Supporting managers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Skills & Competencies High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in administrative support, customer service, order processing, or a related operational support environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other business software applications. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
