Job Description

Position Summary Dakota Micro is looking for a technically minded problem solver to support our customers, dealers, OEM partners, and internal teams. This position combines advanced technical support, product expertise, manufacturing support, and sales engineering. You'll help customers solve real-world problems, assist with new product introductions, work directly with engineering and production, and become one of the company's technical experts. No two days are exactly alike. Primary Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support to dealers, OEMs, and end users. Diagnose electrical, networking, and camera system issues. Support sales by recommending products and system configurations. Assist Engineering with product testing and validation. Support Manufacturing during new product introductions. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Assist with product demonstrations and customer training. Help identify product improvements based on customer feedback. Travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, training, and OEM support. Desired Skills Strong troubleshooting ability. Electrical and electronic aptitude. Experience with Ethernet and IP networking. Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable working directly with customers. Self-motivated. Organized. Willing to continually learn new technology. Preferred Experience One or more of the following: Technical Support Electronics Industrial Automation Agriculture Equipment Construction Equipment OEM Support Networking Camera Systems Manufacturing Success Looks Like Within the first year you will: Become a trusted technical resource. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
