(mileage reimbursed). Ability to work independently and meet strict SLAs. Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day. Relevant OEM hardware repair certifications (or willingness to obtain). Strong knowledge of IT hardware architecture and troubleshooting. 2+years of experience replacing hardware warranty parts on Laptops, Printers and RPOS. This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $49,000 - $53,000 USD. Your tasks Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS from most well-known manufacturing brands. Replace defective components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory, and screens following manufacturer guidelines. Validate warranty status and adhere to repair protocols. Document all repairs accurately in ticketing systems. Track and manage parts logistics. Verify part delivery at pick-up/drop-off locations or customer site before dispatch. Communicate professionally with clients to confirm appointments, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
