Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent work experience in a Computer Science field. 2 to 5+ years of experience as a support technician

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Strong understanding of: Microsoft Windows 10/11 Microsoft Office Software Computer hardware Computer peripherals Printers Basic Networking Concepts Basic Identity and Access Management (MS Active Directory) Must be punctual and dependable End User friendly attitude with a passion for information services support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Build and configure physical desktops and laptops. Maintain, document, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and software. Hardware includes desktop and laptop PC's, iPads, iPhones, Meraki Wireless Access Points, Star receipt printers, multifunction copiers, printers, monitors, and peripherals. Software includes Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365. It also includes Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, Adobe, MS Intune, CrowdStrike, AutoCAD, and other construction related software. Support requests are managed and tracked in a ticketing system that the technician will be responsible for documenting the status, any notes, and completion of work orders. Other duties will include inventory and upgrades.
