This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT support professional with strong communication and people skills who thrives being the go-to technical resource across a multi-department organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the company's outsourced IT provider and internal staff Support initial IT setup and troubleshooting for a workforce of approximately 45 office employees and 50 field workers Assist with IT setup for new hires, equipment, and workstations Provide day-to-day desktop support across multiple departments Collaborate with the outsourced IT partner on ongoing projects, tickets, and escalations Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed, including inventory and general office support Qualifications 3-5+ years of IT/desktop support experience Strong communication skills and an approachable, personable demeanor Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments and varying levels of technical skill Reliable and adaptable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Ability to work full-time, on-site Additional Details Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00
