Job Description

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer with an analytical mind and an understanding of cybersecurity methodologies. Cybersecurity engineers are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines. To ensure success, a cybersecurity engineer must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using vulnerability management, incident response, and security audits. Top candidates will be comfortable working with a variety of technologies, security problems, and troubleshooting across disparate environments.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.

Ensure appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards are in place to protect the Company's information assets from internal and external threats.

Troubleshooting security and network problems.

Develop and maintain the security incident and vulnerability management processes.

Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.

Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.

Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities.

Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.

Cybersecurity policy frameworks (CIS and PCI)Managing our Security Managed Service provider and tasks.

Managing vulnerability remediation .Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
Education & Experience:
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Great awareness of cybersecurity trendsA degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.2-3 years of work experience in a security role.

CISM, CISSP, GIAC or other similar certifications a plus
