About the Role We are looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Office & Digital Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and is interested in learning how different parts of a business work together. The role will include office administration, basic computer and network support, digital marketing assistance, e-commerce operations, supply chain coordination, and distribution support. You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable, comfortable with technology, and interested in learning new skills and taking on additional responsibility over time. Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day office operations
- Help maintain office computers, printers, internet/network equipment, and other technology
- Coordinate with outside IT when necessary
- Assist with website updates and other digital projects
- Support digital marketing across Google, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces
- Organize marketing assets, product information, reports, and campaign materials
- Monitor e-commerce listings, inventory, orders, and operational issues
- Assist with purchase orders, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
- Communicate with warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, and other business partners
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, records, and internal documentation
- Take on additional responsibilities as experience and knowledge grow Who We Are Looking For

Education - High School graduate or College Drop-out with Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience, technical ability, and demonstrated willingness to learn will also be preferred.
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
