This role is responsible for delivering hands-on technical support across a multi-site corporate and manufacturing environment, ensuring end-user devices, applications, and systems remain secure, reliable, and fully operational. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting a broad range of enterprise technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user applications, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues Support and maintain Windows 11 environments, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive Manage user accounts, permissions, and distribution groups within Active Directory Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Webex Maintain and update asset inventory records for deployed and in-stock equipment Perform laptop imaging, provisioning, deployment, and device setup using standard enterprise tools Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including basic LAN/WAN diagnostics and remote access support Provide VPN and RSA multi-factor authentication support Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals Support mobile devices, including Apple iOS and Android platforms, utilizing MDM tools Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and support articles Document incidents, resolutions, and processes within the IT ticketing system Deliver a high level of customer service through responsive support and clear communication Partner with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in desktop support or end-user support within a corporate environment Hands-on experience supporting: Microsoft 365 (O365) Active Directory Windows 11 VPN and remote access technologies Basic LAN/WAN networking concepts Experience with laptop imaging, deployment, and endpoint provisioning Experience supporting mobile devices and MDM platforms Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written documentation skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
