- Position Overview
- The Service Desk Technician is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by professionally and efficiently handling incoming support requests.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support by answering incoming calls and assisting with troubleshooting hardware and servicerelated issues.
- Serve as a backup operator to help maintain system integrity.
- Monitor error logs, alerts, and communication systems; escalate issues according to established protocols.
- Enter and validate data within scheduling or operational systems.
- Complete daily checklists accurately and on time.
- Participate as a team member on assigned projects.
- Perform user acceptance testing for new software releases.
- Complete system configuration tasks as assigned.
- Monitor processing errors, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate when necessary.
- Support additional operational duties as assigned.
- Work during peak operational periods as required.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
