7AM

• 4:30PM, Monday to Thursday & 7AM
• 11AM, Friday; OT as needed

Salary:

$52,000.00 to $62,400.00 Per Year (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Primary Duties, but not limited to : Help Desk, Desktop Support, PC Technician, Product Support, Systems Mobile Devices Support, Systems Engineer, Cable Technician Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations and network performance. Assists colleagues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through or performing corrective steps. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation to foster efficient operations Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.

• written & verbal High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, an associate's degree in related field is preferred Must have 3+ years of Information Technology or related experience Prior information technology or systems administration experience preferred Desktop, Server experience Certifications and Hands-on Manufacturing experience are a PLUS!
