The role focuses on physical infrastructure support, network operations assistance, and hands-on troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cable tracing, hardware replacement, rack-and-stack activities, and power cycling. Support servers, storage devices, network equipment, and datacenter infrastructure. Assist with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VoIP, switches, routers, and firewalls. Maintain cable management, labelling, inventory, and UPS validation activities. Support datacenter operations, migrations, and infrastructure projects. Document work and update ServiceNow tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.
