Posting Summary Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking Student Assistants to work in the Dean's Office Administration, Office of Technology Integration. The Student Assistants will provide technology set-up and support to faculty in SHP classrooms and conference rooms. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Responsible for managing technology set-up in assigned classrooms. Prior to session - set-up and customize technology settings to meet instructional needs of faculty/presenter. During session - Trouble-shoot during session connecting with SHP Technology staff, as needed. End of session - Return technology set-up to initial settings. Partner with SHP Technology Services staff to get training, report and resolve issues, and ensure all classroom technology is consistently operational. Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. Performs other related duties as assigned. FLSA Nonexempt Grade 99H Salary Details $16 per hour Minimum Salary 15.92 Mid Range Salary 75.00 Maximum Salary 150.00 Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The candidate should have familiarity with technology and/or audiovisual equipment. The candidate should also be comfortable with and have an aptitude for working with tech equipment.
