Job Description
Role description Field Service Support Key Responsibilities Learn and implement new technologies while delivering support as required Perform and assist with basic network RF guns and computer troubleshooting Act as a coordinator to resolve incidents related to applications within the Distribution Facility following guidance from the Technical Services TS Site Lead Assist the TS Site Lead with reliability calls for highpriority tickets P1P2 during investigations and resolution processes Provide support to the Wireless team specifically for troubleshooting and deploying RF device handhelds Collaborate with onsite deskside support technicians for troubleshooting equipment including labeldocument printers USB barcode scanners and more Familiarity with Zebra Xerox Ricoh and Dymo label printers is desirable Support the Server Room hardware maintenance team in collaboration with the TS Site Lead and deskside support technicians Possess knowledge in a variety of software applications including Loftware Dymo Connect PuTTY WMS Blue Yonder SAP Windows 10 and 11 servicing

IoT Office 365 Office 2019 Professional Power BI Personal Print Manager LRS Beyond Trust Privileged Remote Access PRA ServiceNow SharePoint and Zscaler Demonstrate a strong understanding of ITIL processes particularly in service and asset management Identify and understand business processes challenges and opportunities for enhancement Collaborate with the TS Site Lead to contribute to and shape strategies aimed at transforming customer engagement experience and insights Develop and manage comprehensive business requirements and user stories Oversee TS partners and other thirdparty providers to ensure highquality deliverables Lead project management efforts for key strategic projects ensuring adherence to appropriate processes metrics and keeping stakeholders updated Stay current with technological advancements and continuously evolve personal technology skills Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures SOPs work instructions and other compliance documentation Conduct periodic reviews of system SOPs to ensure they remain relevant and compliant Manage System Development Lifecycle SDLC deliverables effectively Develop and adjust project plans while engaging with stakeholders to address complex challenges and drive issue resolution in a timely manner escalate issues as necessary to meet deadlines Keep managerial staff and key project stakeholders informed regarding project issues resolutions risks and the overall status of ongoing projects Lead and develop crossfunctional teams during the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives particularly for largescale portfolio changes as directed by the TS Site Lead Qualifications Prior work in Distribution CenterPharmaManufacturing plant most wanted Associates degree in computer science preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support and incident management Minimum 5 years project support Understanding of Computer System Validation GxP GDP GWP GMP or 21 CFR Part 11 Relevant experience as a field services or technical support role Strong troubleshooting skills and a keen ability to learn new technologies Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Awareness of business operations and processes within a technical context Knowledge of ITILITSM and experience with project management methodologies Familiarity with desktop and server environments as well as common software applicationsSkills Mandatory Skills :
