Description Answering customer inquiries about spare parts and products Preparation of spare part quotations Taking orders from customers and processing through ERP system Following up on delivery times and order status Invoicing customer and updating account information Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings Keeping track of warranty parts to be returned Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Microsoft office Ability to read blueprints Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred Experience working with machines highly preferred

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
