Key Responsibilities Immerse yourself in live operational workflows, meticulously shadowing and documenting dependencies and system interactions to gain a comprehensive understanding. Analyze and map intricate technical processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies that hinder optimal performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development Operations, Infrastructure, and Engineering, to drive the streamlining and improvement of critical workflows. Develop clear, concise process documentation and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Effectively communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Exceptional technical documentation and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to distill complex information into clear insights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support Real-time operations or command-center environments TCP/IP networking or systems administration Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting Preferred Skills Experience working in an Operations Center or equivalent 24×7 support environment. Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms. Comfort collaborating effectively with Development Operations and Infrastructure teams. 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
