This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, improving systems, and taking ownership of technology projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for Yardi and other property management software Configure, maintain, and support software platforms, modules, workflows, user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings Troubleshoot software issues, manage support tickets, and ensure requests are resolved promptly Provide remote and onsite technology support to corporate and property teams Research software capabilities and identify opportunities to improve how systems and features are being used Create reports, export system data, and support reporting initiatives across departments Support Entrata projects, including implementations, integrations, reporting, system transitions, and feature rollouts Coordinate software implementations, conversions, audits, and property or client transitions Support onboarding and takeovers by coordinating system access, records, documents, and technology requirements Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, checklists, training materials, and other technical documentation Train new and existing employees on software systems, features, workflows, and system changes Monitor software updates and communicate relevant changes and new functionality to users Coordinate with software providers, third party vendors, and technology partners Manage software and hardware assets, including assignments, replacements, purchasing, and lifecycle tracking Support data backup, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Property Management, IT, vendors, and leadership to identify needs and implement effective technology solutions Track service ticket activity and prepare status and performance reports for leadership Identify opportunities for process improvement and help teams use technology more efficiently Take on special projects and other technology-related responsibilities as needed
What You'll Bring:
Experience administering or supporting Yardi or another property management software platform Experience with Entrata is strongly preferred Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to manage software support requests and see issues through to resolution Experience managing user accounts, permissions, system access, and software configurations Strong understanding of data security, confidentiality, and backup practices Ability to create reports and work with system data Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users Experience developing training materials, SOPs, or user documentation Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong customer-service mindset and willingness to work with users at all levels Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with Accounting, Operations, Property Management, and vendors Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with software and technology
Compensation & Benefits:
