- for a Full-Time position.
Job Summary:
- NuAxis Innovations is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Technician to support the U.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Provide Tier 1 IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Minimum Qualifications
- + Associate's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience working with federal agencies or in a government contracting environment. + Familiarity with ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM/ticketing platforms. + Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation.
