ERP/IT Support Specialist Posted on October 15, 2025 October 15, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ERP/IT Support Specialist to manage and support the organization's enterprise systems, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of ERP platforms, and the ability to provide exceptional technical support to end users across departments. Position Responsibilities System Administration and Maintenance Maintain, configure, and support ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates, patches, and enhancements. User Support and Training Provide technical assistance and training to end users on ERP and IT systems. Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and FAQs. Ensure timely resolution of user support requests and track issue status through completion. Data Management and Reporting Manage data integrity within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making. Assist in data migration, integration, and backup processes as required. System Development and Optimization Identify opportunities to improve system performance and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs. Support new module implementations, upgrades, and workflow automation initiatives. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in ERP administration, IT support, or a similar role. Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. Proficiency in database management, system integration, and reporting tools. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
