IT Support Technician - Field & In-Office Constructure Technologies

Cybersecurity is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for a sharp technician who has outgrown pure Level 1 and wants hands-on work in real infrastructure and security. This is an in-office role based in Melville. Most tickets are resolved remotely from our office, with regular on-site visits to clients across Long Island and the tri-state area. What you'll do Resolve tickets remotely and at client sites. Support Microsoft 365 and

Azure:

users, mailboxes, licensing, Intune, and Entra ID. Work in VMware and Hyper-V environments alongside our senior engineers. Manage endpoints and security through NinjaOne and SentinelOne, and help keep client environments aligned with security best practices. Troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless networks. Support workstation deployments and the line-of-business apps professional firms rely on. What you bring 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience, ideally at an MSP. Solid Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra fundamentals. A working understanding of cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, MFA, patching, and phishing awareness, or a strong interest in building it. Clear communication with non-technical users. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license .

Big pluses Networking knowledge:
