Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Software Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using, managing, and optimizing administrative and office productivity software to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. What You'll Do Manage and maintain a variety of administrative and productivity platforms (e.g., Viewpoint, Vista Construction Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, project management tools, CRMs, or similar systems). Train team members on software functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting. Organize and maintain data, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Spot opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Provide ongoing technical support to keep systems efficient and reliable. What We're Looking For Demonstrated experience managing and supporting administrative software platforms. Strong knowledge of office tools, databases, and cloud-based systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new technologies.
