Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related certification preferred. Description Provide Tier 1 IT support and serve as a single point of contact for users through phone, chat, tickets, and walk-up support. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, account, and mobile device issues. Use ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests, document troubleshooting, meet SLAs, and route issues to appropriate support teams.

Requirements:

2+ years of IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and mobile devices ServiceNow or similar ticket management experience Strong troubleshooting, organization, time management, and multitasking abilities Ability to follow IT processes, document issues, meet SLAs, and manage changing priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Fluent English communication skills
