Job Description

Full Job Description / Role Overview As the full‑time IT Technician supporting our fast‑paced and energetic office's, you will be the go‑to technical resource for daily operations, workstation setup, and network reliability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys hands‑on technical work. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone, or in-person interactions, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Set up and configure new workstations, including computers, monitors, desktop phones, headsets, and related peripherals Maintain, monitor, and manage the office network to ensure consistent uptime and performance Diagnose and repair faulty network connections whether at the server rack, patch panel, or directly on the office floor Support staff with basic troubleshooting, device setup, and general IT needs Collaborate and coordinate with the IT Team and Document configurations, changes, and issues to maintain clear operational records Skills Preferred (Not Required) Previous Help Desk, Customer Service, or entry‑level IT experience Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory , and Microsoft environments Certifications such as CompTIA A+ , Network+ , Security+ , Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users. Skills Required (Not Optional) Professionalism and a steady, positive temperament, especially when troubleshooting or handling daily challenges A genuine interest in technology and a desire to grow in the IT field The ability and willingness to be patient, communicate clearly, and work well with others Strong personal desire to learn and improve Self‑discipline and reliability in completing tasks, following procedures, and maintaining consistency. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
