Proficient knowledge of business processes and IT industry trends and developments. Demonstrated solid technical competence within area of expertise. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Unified Communications and Windows Server. Skilled in the support of Microsoft Office Suite and Operating Systems. Basic understanding of one business process chain and beginning to acquire depth in sub-processes. Broad understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). Ability to implement continuous improvement processes. Good verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, structured team environment.
