Salary:
$35.90 - 38.47/hour (Annualized $70 - $75K) Summary Administers and supports Bousquet Holstein's law-firm-specific applications and broader technical infrastructure — including Microsoft 365, iManage, and Aderant EAPro, as well as network security tools (Avanan, DNS Filter, Huntress), backups, and phone/conferencing systems — under the direction of the IT Director. Serves as the department's second technical resource for systems-level work, handling complex issues beyond front-line helpdesk scope and executing security-remediation work identified through the firm's managed detection and response (MDR) provider. Key Responsibilities 1. Administer and support law-firm-specific applications, including the iManage document management system and Aderant EAPro 2. Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical issues beyond front-line helpdesk scope, including malware remediation when needed 3. Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant 4. Monitor and configure network security tools — Avanan (email filtering), DNS Filter (web filtering), and Huntress (endpoint antivirus/EDR console) — remediating valid email or web traffic blocked in error and taking action on endpoint alerts as needed 5. Monitor all systems via monitoring software and physical inspection of equipment; review and verify server backup jobs 6. Assist with device lifecycle management for all firm IT assets, and complex or specialized equipment, including imaging strategy and retirement planning 7. Assist with management of the Firm's phone system (Zoom Phone) and conference room technology, and administer guest and wireless networks 8. Respond to and remediate findings raised through the firm's MDR provider (Arctic Wolf), including triaging alerts, applying patches and configuration changes, and tracking issues to closure 9. Support infrastructure and systems work, including server/network administration, SQL connections, and Duo integration, as assigned by the IT Director 10. Work with vendor support for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of severe issues, and partner with the IT Director on infrastructure planning 11. Provide technical mentorship and documentation support to front-line IT staff, and assist with mass software/firmware updates and deployments across the environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional technical skills across computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products Ability to translate technical subject matter into terms non-technical staff can understand Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work professionally with employees at all levels Ability to work independently on time-sensitive tasks while collaborating with the IT team to ensure accuracy Capability to multi-task and prioritize under heavy workloads Willingness to take initiative and assist IT teammates with tasks beyond this description's listed duties High attention to detail; well-organized and patient approach to problem-solving Consistently promotes a professional image of the Firm Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; or an Associate's degree with 2+years of equivalent, related experience Experience with: Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, Adobe Acrobat, Aderant EAPro, ContactEase, CCH Axcess, Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings, HP Printers, Ricoh Copiers, conference room technology (TVs/projectors), and network security tools (Avanan, DNS Filter,Huntress) Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals Comfortable working independently on complex, ambiguous technical problems Strong communication skills for coordinating with the IT Director, other IT staff, and outside vendors To Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter to Lisa Bachar, Director of Human Resources, at .
