Information Technology Job Summary:

Provide IT support to ONU students, faculty & staff. Principal Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Assist walk-in customers at the IT Help Desk Answer incoming phone calls at the IT Help Desk Respond to Help Desk emails in a timely manner Create IT Support tickets Provide quick solutions to general IT-related issues Troubleshoot and fix general computer-related problems Assist with miscellaneous work/projects as instructed by supervisor Other duties as assigned
