We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our corporate team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring staff have reliable technology support and secure systems to effectively carry out their work across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer, evaluate, prioritize, and respond to incoming telephone, voicemail, NinjaOne ticketing system, and in-person requests for technical assistance regarding hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies. Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networking, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies Provide end-user Arize training and other IT onboarding trainings Install and configure computers, software applications, and peripheral equipment using deployment tools such as NinjaOne Create and manage user accounts with appropriate network and phone system permissions Process staff terminations and remove system access privileges Maintain and update hardware inventory databases and technology asset records Coordinate with software and hardware vendors regarding defective equipment and warranty service requests Travel to satellite office locations to provide help troubleshooting onsite workstations and technical support

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2-3 years of experience in PC repair, technical support, or help desk support preferred Knowledge of networking fundamentals Experience with MS 365 preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
