Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Works to create process improvements to reduce help desk calls.

Education:

Associates degree in Computer Science or High School/GED with 3 years of relevant experience required.

Work Environment and Physical Activities:

Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to be on-call on a regular basis and travel to branch locations, as needed. Meet driver insurability standards as established by CBC/CTS.
