No Key Qualifications Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Critical-thinking ability Problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities The IT Applications Engineer supports the design, development, and modification of computer applications and programs, ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of business objectives. Support C.Core, Plex, and SAP users, including report development. Support SAP/Plex/C.Core interface schedules and troubleshoot errors. Work with associates and software providers in all phases of software implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, and support. Support EDI using Gentran, including updates and troubleshooting. Perform database maintenance and troubleshooting for SQL servers. Address other issues and/or assume other responsibilities as opportunities arise. Develop and participate in department projects as requested to help departments work more efficiently. Overtime may be required, including unplanned and unscheduled overtime, to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
