Pay:
$100,000-$130,000 annually, offer depending on experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of IT administration/network support experience. Working knowledge of
NIST, CMMC
2.0, and/or DFARS requirements. Experience with physical network infrastructure, Windows Server/Active Directory, firewalls, and endpoint security. Strong documentation and organizational skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
CMMC, Security+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certification. Experience supporting DoD, defense or other regulated organizations. Experience with SIEM/vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel. Experience with Microsoft 365 or other government-compliant cloud environments.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift/move IT equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in server rooms, crawl spaces, and other areas needed for cabling and hardware installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support CMMC 2.0, NIST, ITAR, and U.S. export control compliance. Maintain security policies, documentation, access controls, and compliance records. Assist with audits, assessments, gap analysis, and remediation activities. Install, configure, and maintain networks, servers, workstations, firewalls, and related equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and provide end-user support. Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Support security tools, vulnerability management, patching, MFA, and access controls. Assist with exporting licensing, data classification, and controlled-data requirements.
