Job Description

FieldBridge is looking for Zanesville, OH based Desktop Technician to work for one of the largest oilfield service company in the world. Get paid every week + benefits. Pay /
Schedule:
$27.50/hr. Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM. Earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross. Under strict supervision, performs configuration, installation and/or repairs of PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures.
Responsibilities:
Contacts end user to define data migration requirements and perform the data migration, if required. Monitors for trouble tickets and coordinates with appropriate vendors for equipment repair, if needed. Adheres to and enforces facility security measures, company safety standards and software licensing procedures. Assists in setting up PC's and related peripherals for special requests. Lends guidance to desktop support teams on hardware related issues. Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed. .Qualifications Highschool Diploma or GED A+ certification or equivalent experience and 2 years of experience in a PC related field which includes experience in hardware configuration. Service Now ticketing system PC Troubleshooting Skills Good working knowledge of PC electronics Good working knowledge of operating systems Good customer service and communication skills #LP1
