The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical fundamentals, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure. Duty Percent of Time Endpoint Support Provide effective customer service and technical support for end-users Install computer peripherals, hardware, and software for end-users 60% Ticket Management and Availability Document, track, and monitor requests Participate in on call rotation and after-hours maintenance windows as required 10% Technical Troubleshooting Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions 15% Documentation Write training manuals Create knowledge base articles 10% Other duties as assigned Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of departmental operations. 5%
Education:
Bachelor's degree or associate in related field preferred. Entry level understanding of Information Systems and computers.
Experience:
1-3 years' experience in IT Support or related field preferred.
License/Certification/Credential:
