About The Company:

Our client is a growing organization with a corporate IT environment supporting employees across multiple locations. The IT team is focused on providing reliable technology, responsive end-user support, and consistent standards across hardware, software, and infrastructure. We are seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for employees in a corporate environment. This role will troubleshoot Windows computers, mobile devices, applications, hardware, user access, and basic network connectivity issues. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with end users, and taking ownership of issues through resolution. This position will also assist with IT asset management, hardware installations, documentation, and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for Windows computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications. Install, configure, replace, and relocate desktop hardware and IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups using Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory. Maintain accurate IT asset and equipment records. Document and manage incidents, service requests, and changes through a ticketing system. Assist with hardware inventory and IT change management processes. Help maintain consistent workstation setups, cabling, labeling, and documentation standards. Develop and update technical procedures and standard operating processes. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity involving TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP, and remote access. Assist with Group Policy deployments and Windows configuration. Collaborate with IT team members while independently managing assigned support requests. Participate in on-call support as needed. Travel periodically to additional locations to provide technical support. Assist with other IT projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems. Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS, and DHCP. Familiarity with Group Policy. Experience using help desk or IT ticketing systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.

Additional Details:

Position is 100% on-site in Oklahoma City, OK. Up to approximately 20% travel may be required. Travel may include domestic and occasional international locations. This is a hands-on end-user support position with regular interaction with employees. Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred. CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus.
