If you are a skilled technician with knowledge of products and technical practices, we encourage you to apply! Job Responsibilities Receive and dispatch hardware devices. Compare packing slips to actual deliveries and reporting discrepancies. Evaluate and repair devices. Maintain and audit inventory (audits to be conducted at least once a month). Respond to and resolve tasks promptly, including device preparation and shipment. Create and print evaluation sheets. Ensure all required materials are included with shipments. Complete necessary administrative tasks, including annual leave requests, time sheets, and mandatory training. Provide backfill support for desktop issues experienced by a limited number of executives. Skills/Requirements Thorough knowledge of administrative and technical practices. Proficient field technical support skill set. Knowledge of assigned company hardware system platforms. Familiarity with network and operating system platforms (i.e., company-UX, NT, Linux, etc.). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer relationship building skills. Ability to manage complex customer problems. Ability to perform in high-pressure situations. Project management, analysis, communication, scheduling, and presentation skills. Good teamwork with peers and company personnel. Why should you apply?
