Facilitate communications related to these operations, and serve as resource team member for technology and technology services. Provide for and oversee institutional software installation. This is a Safety Sensitive position pursuant to Oklahoma Statute
OKLA. STAT.
tit. 63, § 427.8 (2020). Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Networking, or related area. Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience. Personal computer support/help desk experience. Initiative to maintain current knowledge and skills related to personal computer technology. Ability to perform duties with limited supervision. Strong communication skills. Knowledge and experience in the area of personal computer diagnostics and repair. Knowledge of personal computer operating systems and software including MS Windows, MS Office, and Professional Suite. A+ Certification. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
