Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 3+ years of IT support experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Fab, plant, or industrial environments.
  
• Strong experience supporting:
  
• Windows desktops and laptops
  
• Mobile devices
  
• Printers
  
• Microsoft Office applications
  

Knowledge of:

1. Active Directory

2. LAN/Wi-Fi/TCP-IP/VPN troubleshooting

3. Endpoint security and antivirus solutions

4. Patch management

5. Device imaging and software deployment

6. ITSM/Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.)

7. Strong communication, documentation, and customer support skills.

8. Understanding of ITIL/service desk best practices is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and endpoint technologies.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
  
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Perform device imaging, software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
  
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory access, permissions, and security groups.
  
• Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management to manage incidents and requests.
  
• Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle records.
  
• Follow IT security, compliance, and software licensing policies.
  
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user support.
  
• Support production-critical systems in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment

  Excellent communication

  Any Technical Certification is Preferred
  

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 a year
