Job Description

Piper Companies is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a large Healthcare organization In Allentown, PA. This would be a long-term contract role where you would need to perform onsite/virtual troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware and software.
Responsibilities include:
Configure new equipment and deliver devices as requested Identify, research, and reslove technical problems Maintains inventory records of hardware and peripherials Perform on-site troubleshooting Interpersonal and customer service skills Communicate effectively Qualifications include: Experience in IT configuration Windows 11 experience is preferred
Compensation:
Pay Rate:
