In this role, you will be supporting an IT team and resolving Level 1 and Level 2 help desk tickets. We are seeking candidates who have experience with software and hardware troubleshooting, and are open to various levels of experience. This role is 4 to 6 weeks and is fully onsite in Erie, PA.
