This role will be responsible for the following: Provide first-line technical support for employee IT issues, including Windows, and mobile devices. Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up user accounts and provisioning devices. Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for business applications. Maintain and troubleshoot workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals. Educate employees on IT best practices, security guidelines, and technology use. Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and solutions to build an internal knowledge base. Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and IT service delivery. Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members when necessary.
